Shipping & Delivery Information

At Potenza, we strive to ensure our high-quality hammocks and hammock stands are delivered to your doorstep with utmost convenience and within an appropriate time frame. We appreciate your patronage and want to provide you with all the necessary information regarding our shipping and delivery process.

Dispatching Your Order

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses from Monday through Friday. We do not dispatch orders on weekends; therefore, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following week. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number. By clicking the link in this email, you'll be able to monitor your order's progress every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times post-dispatch are as follows:

For our customers in the UK and Italy, your hammock should reach your doorstep within 48 hours. We partner with Parcel Force for our UK-based customers and GLS for our customers in Italy to ensure timely and secure delivery of your hammocks.

For our EU customers, we utilize the GLS Standard Large Service. This delivery typically takes up to 5 working days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Package Handling

We take pride in the durability and quality of our hammock stands. As a result, they are quite substantial in weight. When your package arrives, we advise that it may require two people to move it safely due to its weight. We want to ensure that you and your new hammock are safe, so please consider this before attempting to handle the package alone.

No Delivery Service on Sundays

Kindly note, our shipping partners do not operate on Sundays. Therefore, if your expected delivery falls on a Sunday, your order will be delivered on the next working day. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
